The cleaning quality and consistency after cleaning of blown film dies, hot runners and moulds whatever disassembled or assembled part is most important in the production. Also typical parts that required cleaning during routine maintenance, color change or to remove contaminant build up include screws, nozzles, molds, hot runners, dies, breaker plates, filters, mixers, injection molds, manifolds, etc.

A cleaning process for all these parts is mostly important for production and reproducible cleaning process should be carried out carefully. Furthermore, the parts can be cleaned without disassembling in case of parts requiring frequent cleaning.  The  guarantees the perfect and safe cleaning of all parts by answering these requests.

The removal of polymer is completed in one step or sometimes in two steps. Some complicate parts such as extruder dies are easily disassembled after cleaning and if need, it can be cleaned again by post cleaning process in a second step, recommended carefully. This second step guarantees the cleaning quality required. The perfect cleaning quality following these two steps guarantees a long production life cycle on the machine until the next cleaning. The  cleaning system prevents any thermal or mechanical damage to the parts to be cleaned.
