Cleaning machine has been used for a long time as plastics history. Mostly all parts, such as nozzle, dies & molds, screw, has been cleaned by fire torch, electrical furnace or chemical solutions. But with the development of plastic goods, these parts using in injection molding machine and extruder also have been developed very fast. Therefore, recently these sensitive parts can not be cleaned by conventional cleaning methods. With the reason, Fluidized bed cleaning machine is appeared.

First, for the 100% perfect cleaning result, the complete fluidized bed with aluminum oxide is required. It is very important for the complete fluidized bed to provide the compressed air with constant and low pressure. The compressed air with unsteady and high pressure can not make the uniform fluidized bed and then the big temperature stability of fluidized bed inside makes the poor cleaning result and the parts to be cleaned can be damaged. Nowadays, among the fluidized bed cleaning machines produced in the world, a American machine requires the compressed air with 3-4 kg/㎠, a German requires one with 1.4 kg/㎠.

But fc_logo2 needs it with only 1.0 kg/㎠ and its velocity of aluminum oxide particles is very low as 600 -800 mm/min. This low velocity makes the very small temperature deviation of fluidized bed possible. Consequently, the temperature deviation of each machine is ±7°C, ±5°C and ±3°C. Therefore, fc_logo2 can remove the organic residues contaminated on the parts to be cleaned perfectly and never make any damages to the parts.

Second, some fluidized bed cleaning machines are heated by gas and therefore, the flame exists in the fluidized bed. The flame makes the serious damages to the parts and dangerous to the operator. With the reason, this machine is mostly used for the paint strip of hanger and gratings. But fc_logo2 is heated by electrical heaters and never make the flame. So FluClean is very safety to the parts and operator.

Third, fc_logo2 is designed and constructed for green cleaning. The organic residues become the off-gas form by hot fluidizing air and the off-gas is come out. But this off-gas contains some toxic and hazardous materials. For the anti-air pollution, fc_logo2 combines with the thermal afterburner. The off-gas is burnt and cracked in the thermal afterburner. The cracked off-gas is very hot and so it must be cooled down to 80°C by cooling water according to the regulation.. After cooling tower, the safe clean air is emitted into the atmosphere.

Fourth, fc_logo2 is equipped the patent diffusion plate and so can be designed and constructed for the cleaning of all parts with higher or longer dimensions. Not only fc_logo2 for the cleaning of small and sensitive parts such as spinneret but also fc_logo2 for the cleaning of screw with 10 meter long can be provided.

Finally, the cleaning application of parts to be cleaned is most important. The cleaning result is depend on the allocation of parts, decision of cleaning time and cleaning temperature.
